IPappTV application · effective 22 July 2026

1. What the app is

IPappTV is a media player for Android devices. It plays channel lists in M3U/M3U8 format and displays XMLTV/EPG programme guides that the user supplies.

The app provides no content. IPappTV does not contain, host, share or store any television channels, playlists or video material. To use the app you must have your own playlist or channel access from a legal source. The only exception is the demo playlist we provide, which consists solely of openly licensed material (Blender Foundation films under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 and public test streams). That playlist is not built into the app and is downloaded only when the user explicitly chooses it.

2. Responsibility for content

The user is solely responsible for the content they play and for the legality of the sources they use. The developer has no influence over content available at addresses entered by the user, does not verify them, and bears no responsibility for use that breaches the law or a provider's terms.

The developer is not affiliated with any broadcaster, operator or content provider and holds no rights to any audiovisual material. Names and trademarks appearing in a user's playlist belong to their respective owners.

3. Free version and PRO

The app is available free of charge with a limited feature set. Purchasing PRO unlocks additional features, whose current scope is described in the Google Play listing and on the purchase screen inside the app.

Current status: the PRO version has not been released yet. The app is entirely free and contains no payments or subscriptions. Sections 3–5 take effect once PRO is introduced in a future update.

4. Purchases, renewal and cancellation

Sales are made through Google Play, which is the seller towards the user. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is done in Google Play subscription settings, not in the app. Prices are shown in Google Play in your local currency. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policy.

5. Entitlement across devices

A PRO entitlement is tied to the Google account used for the purchase and works on all devices signed in to that account.

6. Availability and changes

The developer makes reasonable efforts to keep the app working, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every IPTV provider, stream format or device model. The feature set may change as the app evolves.

7. Complaints

Complaints about the app can be sent to kontakt@ipapptv.com. Complaints about payments and refunds are handled by Google Play.

8. Governing law

Polish law applies to matters not covered above, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the user's country of residence.
